Painting with Mr Memo

In April 2009 the Centro invited Guillermo Jauregui, a San Diego-based artist, to do a painting workshop for kids. We set up a tent and tables on the Plaza de las Cuatro Culturas and a large group of kids showed up for 2 workshops. A squirt of paint, work it with your hands, manipulate the image--then to the buckets to wash up and water the plants with the (non-toxic) waste water!
